It's been a while since I have blogged so I must do it! I should have done it over the rainy weekend but I enjoyed being lazy oh so much. Nothing beats a rainy weekend at home getting the house clean and putting a dent in your couch.
Friday evening my Mom took B to Meridian to stay with her Mimi for the weekend and I was so glad I didn't have to make that drive when I got off work. Since B was gone and I was baby free that means of course that my friends would be coming over. See what I love about my friends is that they are just as happy as me to sit on a porch and just enjoy each others fellowship. I have a big table on my front porch and we all crowd around it to complain, rejoice, laugh, stress, love and even cry. It's so nice to have friends who are not flashy and who do not have to be impressed. A bottle of wine, a few beers, some good music and lots of laughs is what our Friday night consisted of and I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else in the world than on my front porch and around that table with my friends.
I'm a person who loves SIMPLE things and my friends are just that... simple.
